I have started a contract through car phone warehouse. It is an iPhone SE with vodaphone as the provider. I got the phone on Sunday and I still don’t have any service. Can anyone help?

If you only received the phone yesterday @Jess386 from Carphone there can sometime be a delay receiving information from the third party.  It may be worth you contacting Carphone to make sure your details have been sent to the network, Vodafone can only go on what has been received form Carphone.

 

If you were porting over a number, the contract would activate on the day the number ported from the other network and with numbers not porting over a weekend, the port would have been activated today with completion for tomorrow afternoon.

 

If you have taken out a new contract and the information has been sent and still have no service, speak to Vodafone through customer service channels or contact the Social Team here: Contact Us and they will be able to locate the account.

Try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On which may help.
