I am an existing Vodafone mobile customer. I placed my pre-order for the Z Fold 4 on 22 August and received an email to say I will receive my order on 26 August.
I have just checked the order status and it shows as "confirmed" but not given to DPD yet. There is no tracking number or other information.
The Vodafone website still states that someone ordering today (Thursday, 25 August) before 10.00pm will still receive their order tomorrow.
Will this also apply to my order which has not progressed since Tuesday or is there some other issue?

So, following various conversations with Vodafone customer service advisors, the phone was delivered on time and as expected.
It boggles the mind that a company like Vodafone does not have internal systems that allow customer service to know exactly what is happening with a device, where it is, when it is expected to be picked up, etc.
Too much ado about nothing.
