I am getting this error and going round in circles
Vodafone say its a Samsung issue
Samsung say its a Vodafone
Spent over an hour on each support
There is no baring in the account
Tried switching off
Removing sim
But just get this when checking premium rate settings

You still have a premium rate text message bar on your account @Daggers_jones
Go into your online account or My Vodafone Application, bars, and remove the restriction from there, there is a bar for outgoing and incoming premium rate messages. Shouldn't make any difference but make sure content control is turned off here: Content Control

I was told yesterday it was switched off

The Social Team will be able to check your account @Daggers_jones drop them a message through Twitter or Facebook social channels.
Check out Spend Manager here: Spend Manager if the messages are chargeable and this is set to 0, it will prevent you going over your monthly billing charges.
