Thanks i filled appeal form in few days ago refused again broadband is still with Vodafone will cancelling that soon I was with Vodafone for 5years before never missed a payment with Vodafone or anyone else

Failed credit check I have never missed any payments just did credit check on myself with experian score 999 I was with Vodafone for 5years never missed any payments my broadband is still with Vodafone may their credit check software fujitsu

Gone with 02 no problem Will be cancelling rest of family contracts and broadband with Vodafone

I will be leaving you I’m afraid after 30 years a customer. Having an excellent score on all 3 credit check companies Vodafone use - my appeal was still declined - with no reasons

Have been with Vodafone 30years and failed a check to upgrade a phone. I have an excellent score with all 3 credit check companies they have listed on their site . I have never failed a credit check.
Sent an appeal through which was declined within a few hours with no supporting information. Have tried to discuss it on the phone but they have just said try again in 90 days
After 30 years with Vodafone for mobiles, I will be looking for a new mobile provider
