Hi my contract is expiring November .
currently have unlimited max and one number . Been direct debit also tries to order near September asked to upload driving lincence . Was declined as mentioned high score on credit no issues until now. Appears to be told declined asked why can’t say . Never been refused credit in my life also a company director bill paid via my company . I’ve heard many people saying that they have also been refused need to resolve as contract runs out nov this year also pointing out paying £99 a month for this also

Unfortunately Vodafones systems won't say why you've been refused. It just says ' No '

I wonder how I can get a manual check . You seem to call no one has a clue !!

I am not sure it would be possible to complete a manual check for an Evo contract, you will be agreeing to a Consumer Credit Agreement reported as a loan on your credit file for the device part of the contract @paulgill33 If you refer to the FAQ's on this link Evo there is further information.
If everything matches as far as address etc on your credit file with a high score and already being a Vodafone customer there is no reason for the decline, you can appeal the decision here: Credit Checks
It would certainly be beneficial to send the Social Team a message through social channels with a link to the thread here: Contact Us they will be able to put you in direct contact with the Credit Team who will be in a good position to look into this on your behalf.
A workaround would be to look at the credit options available from Apple and Samsung or finances permitting, purchase the phone outright and go SIM only this would probably work out cheaper than an Evo contract.

Hi thank you for the replay I’ve been on with credit checks people not helpful also rude also that’s it was their words . Thinking after 30 years to move on shame as always stuck with Vodafone even if other company’s cheaper perhaps me loyal but not round the other way

I have just read your first post again @paulgill33 where you mention the bill is paid by your company with you as a director, I am wondering if this is where the problem lies with the credit check failure. You may need to take out a business contract in the company name. This has lots of benefits as far as the tax situation is concerned, you would be able to claim back the VAT.
Presumably, you have already spoken to Vodafone business.
