Returns bags

How long does it take to recieve a returns bag , its been a week and still nothing.

Can I not just take the phone back to a store for credit???

I was going to upgrade but it all got messed up ,so I had to cancel the new contract and return the phone. Once its all returned I can try again

Forgot to mention it's on a business account which I was trying to change to a personal plan

If you competed the transfer of ownership form @Fedup2023 , here: Transfer of ownership Vodafone would only be able to transfer the number, the device would come separately.

It's going to be a lot quicker for you to make the return to a store than waiting for a Returns Bag and a lot safer as well.
