During a call to Vodafone customer service my phone dropped out and i got a SIM1 not provisioned message. I'm not a new customer and it's not a new SIM card .... any ideas anyone? Thanks

The first thing I'd try is taking the card out and cleaning the contacts - just wipe with a soft cloth. It that and a simple restart don't work, the next step would be a replacement SIM. Vodafone shops should be open soon (afaik) and that would be the quickest route. Take photo and address ID and they'll be able to give you a new one and activate it for you.
