Hi, I’ve been waiting nearly four weeks now to take delivery of this phone. Anyone else experiencing similar delays? Customer service as always with Vodafone is shocking and of no use so thought I’d try here. Website has said for the past two weeks it on a 2-3 week delay but I’ve got at least another week to wait according to Vodafone.

I'm a frequent poster on the Samsung eu community forum too and there are people there experiencing some delivery problems too.
This is sometimes attached to the storage capacity chosen or colour chosen too.
The online exclusive colours have certainly had some lengthy delays too.
I assume Vodafone put in an order for so many units from Samsung and then allocate them to the orders they've taken and are most probably still taking.
So if Samsung are struggling with some variants of units then I assume that'll have a knock on effect.
I did see some availability of phone's in John Lewis and Argos but I appreciate not everyone wants / can buy the phone outright and obviously some are in contracts with the phone attached i.e Evo.
I hope you receive the phone asap.
Live Chat and Customer Support on 191 are the departments who have line of sight to stock availability and open order statuses.

Thanks Band. Been on chat a few times and each time I get told a different delivery date which is the frustrating part of all this. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday one day after I got a text from them saying it was going to be another 10days. Not sure how the website can still say 2–3 weeks for delivery when that’s clearly never going to happen. It’s the black 128gb one I’m waiting for so fingers crossed it happens soon

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black just after the Samsung Unpacked Event and received the phone on the 21.2.22 direct from Samsung UK.
The website information is to give an indication only in regards to lead time and can change quite quickly either way.
The Vodafone Agents I assume try to give the best lead times they can.
People who've ordered direct from Samsung have been given similar information in regards to lead times too unfortunately which I totally understand and appreciate is frustrating and can chip away at the initial euphoria on ordering a nice new shiny phone.
I purchased the Ultra edition as mentioned. The s²² series of phone's are awesome powerful phone's and I'm very impressed with mine.
