I am currently on the unlimited max plan and I’m supposed to have access to at least 4G connection but all I’ve been getting is 3G connection. So I called the customer service last Friday and they said they will disconnect and reconnect my service for me to fix the problem. They said the longest it takes will be 48 hourse. Its been two days since my service was disconnected. Anyone has any idea how I can get them to reconnect my service for me? I tried calling them again but failed.
