Hi,

 

I signed a new 2 year contract with you in July - Unlimited Max. I signed up for Sky Sports Mobile TV, and also added Pack 2 for the extra channels.

 

I did this back in July as I say before you stopped offering it, and it was working fine until just a couple of weeks ago but now I can't get the Pack 2 channels anymore - I haven't been charged the extra £5 fee for this either. Can you fix this for me so that I can get the extra Pack 2 again please?

 

I don't understand why it would've stopped working suddenly when it's definitely been working well after you stopped offering Sky Mobile and it's the whole reason I signed up for 2 years with you. Thanks, Mike

May I ask you to speak with customer services on 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as there is no account access via this forum to be able to look at your account and any changes that may have been carried out.

If a service has been revoked which it looks to have been done as the extra charge has been stopped or something wrong has been carried out on your account then Vodafone should have advised you which going by your post here this hasn't happened.

We are fellow customers here and the team here can't access your account via your post here due to security protocols

As you rightly mention as of 17th August Vodafone no longer offer Sky Sports and that will be the reason you have not been charged to your bill.

 

If there are any updates Vodafone will add to the list here: Entertainment Plans
