hello, i have been unable to log into my account for about 3 months now, i get this error

i have called vodafone many times to try and fix it, each time my account gets 'reset' by an agent and i am then told that it will work again in 48 hours. 

unfortunately it doesnt work after the account reset - please can someone help?

i am a pay monthly phone user

It sounds like you've exhausted the usual channels of customer services.

I'd suggest to raise a complaint so your creating a paper trail.

Did you find a solution to this problem? i have the exact same error. message. `i have no access to my account.

I have raised a complaint and they have told me sorry we cant fix this you will just have to live with it?

How can this be acceptable ?

You need to fill in the complaint form and then it will be resolved, they had to delete my entire account just this evening and now it’s hopefully going work again

Hi

I did that already weeks ago. they deleted and installed fresh account still no access. the complaint handler has now told me there is nothing more they can do. I just have to live with having no online account!

Its unbelievable.  trying to find some support on here is now my last resort.
