I am so angry like many. 

 

Apparently my account has been sent to TDX Prime, I was not told about this. I was also told that my account was closed. Prior to this information, I was told I could pay installments to vodafone, which is what I did. Now I contact them today as I am able to make payment in full but they are saying I now have to contact TDX to make payment. 

 

It was ages ago they sent my account to TDX and now im terrified they will have added their own charges. Should I have been told that this is what they were going to do? I did not get a letter about this. 

I have made a request to see the internal details of my account and any correspondence that was supposedly sent to me. 

 

I cannot even get in touch with TDX, was in hold. Because I do not even have an account number for them. I have also sent them an email.

 

Any advice?

For obvious reasons, we can't know the full details here.   However, Vodafone has a dedicated Credit File Support team who deal with this sort of thing and are, in fact, the only people now who willl have access to the full history.   If you raise a query on Facebook or Twitter, you can ask for this to be escalated the them and they'll be able to help you.

Hi @KC20 I understand how frustrating this must be for you. As @hrym as suggested, the best way to get this resolved for you would be to pop our Social Media team a message here. They'll be able to liaise with our Credit File team for and make sure we get to the bottom of the matter.
