Has anyone else experienced the shocking customer service when trying to return a trade-in in exchange for a new handset? Just spent over an hour on chat to three (very slow to respond) representatives to be told I need to call 54321. Tried that, dead number. My faith in Vodafone CS has declined sharply over the last week, as I have had no end of issues, including handsets being delivered by DPD to a completely different address! If anyone knows how I can obtain return envelopes, please save me from this madness ....

Yes, this was a trade-in guarantee.
I don't see how the simplest of tasks can become such an administrative headache.
