Transfer of Account Owner

Is there a form that can be printed rather than completed online to transfer ownership ?

The Transfer of Ownership form needs to be completed online, as it's sent directly to the team who would then process the request for you. 

You could also request this over the phone by dialling 03333 040 191, as they can put you through to the Transfer of Ownership Team, but both parties would need to be available for the request to be processed.
