There's some fairly decent black Friday upgrade prices when you take out a device plan, but it also says to pay in full, go to a store.
So, if I go to a store, can I pay in full for the phone (and not have a loan agreement) but still get the access to the device plans, which have better discounts than the sim only plans?

Hi @chistery. If you wanted to pay in full, this option is available in store. It would need to be paired with an Airtime Plan. If you select the device you may be interested it, it'll display the total cost of the device under the listing, and a 'Pay for your phone in one go' link below with more information.

Thanks @Lucy_F As long as the same prices are available when paying in full, I'll make a trip to my local store then.
Cheers.

Hi @Lucy_F Well that was a complete waste of my time.
The store tried to initially sell me a PAYG phone, then after explaining again, they said it's not possible to pay for the phone in one go, despite that being exactly what it says on your web site and that your web site was wrong. It had to be an EVO loan agreement or nothing. Not impressed.

We're sorry to hear about this recent experience, and confusing, conflicting advice. If a device plan is taken out, it can be paid off at any time, and paid in full anytime. Our Black Friday Deals for Pay Monthly phones can be managed by selecting the 'Build your own plan' option. Here the management of the service is very flexible, and the upfront cost can be increased.
