My VeryMe Rewards suddenly stopped working three weeks ago, and I have not been able to get them back ever since. Every time I try to access them via the app I get an error message saying “Sorry, we’re having difficulty getting you through to VeryMe Rewards”.
I have called Vodafone several times and they have fobbed me off with nonsense like reset/delete the app and text ACCESS to 97888, none of which have worked. One in particular tried to fob me off with the lie that VeryMe Rewards don’t work in the first month of a contract (which is complete BS as they were working for the first week of my contract until they suddenly stopped).
I don’t know what to do. No one from Vodafone seems to care.

Perhaps give the Vodafone Social Media Team's a go at helping @Elshad
