Hi

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for a OneNumber order to complete? 
It has been 48hrs and my esim order (for my new smart watch) is still in status "Order in progress"...

It came today after Twitter team took over, waited 5 days. I intend to get a refund on the first month. 
The thing is, their third world customer service agents are just clueless and totally useless. They lie, they don't care, , they know nothing, they're not trained properly and most of them don't speak proper english. Sick and tired of companies not investing in customer service. 
Good luck to you but if I were you, I would just leave if you're not tied up with VF.
