Vodafone contract offers

Trying to upgrade to Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and it currently has an offer until 6th September. Down £72. When you get to checkout the offer doesn't show. The full breakdown shows the original price. How do I proceed? Thanks.

Try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser or try another device to see if the checkout shows correctly then.

If not then try going through Live Chat or Customer Support on 191 @magboy

The offer price should have already been deducted from the original price @magboy 

If you are being charged the original price drop the Social Team a message here: Contact Us and they will be able to make sure you purchase at the offer price.

Thanks for the response. I'm reluctant to go ahead with the purchase as at the checkout the full breakdown shows the original price without offer. 

I've spoke to someone in the live chat and they said they'll report it but I would like to complete purchase before the offer ends on Tuesday. I'll try calling the helpline today.

Spoke to someone on the phone and they informed me the phone deal/offer doesn't exist. It's a mistake on their end. However they did offer me a discount on my air time plan.

This was a promotion made by Vodafone on the website and it should be honoured @magboy , Vodafone can't put a devise on promotion and then tell the customer it doesn't exist and it was a mistake.

This thread will definitely be picked up and replied to by the Team.

I ended up going for the Xiaomi 10 which is also good for me. I tried ordering that online yesterday but the site was telling me it was out of stock. The gentleman on the phone told me it was in stock so I decided to go for that.
