I think some people have had this issue already, but I really am at my wits end! I bought a phone through Carphone Warehouse with a Vodafone contract and I lost it/had it stolen last week. I immediately blacklisted with Vodafone (and I have a blacklist reference) and reported to my insurance company. I needed proof of usage and asked Vodafone for this, but when they sent the document over, where it said "blacklisting", it said N/A next to it. I asked Vodafone about this and they said Carphone Warehouse would need to do this. I contacted them and they said they don't blacklist as they are not the provider! I'm just going round in circles and want to cry! Please could someone advise.
