Hi there,
My phone was stolen on Monday 8th March and Vodafone promised I would receive a new sim card within 3-5 days. I still have not received a sim and I'm expecting important client calls to my number which I now cannot receive due to this. Is there a way they can send me a new sim card as I think the one they sent has gotten lost in the post, or is there a way I can go somewhere to purchase a blank sim (I'm on a pay monthly contract). I'm just getting a bit desperate now as this is taking so long.

Your best bet is to contact Customer Services and ask them to send a replacement. Thre's no account access via the forum, I'm afraid.
