Who to contact about arrears on a closed account?

My Vodafone account fell into arrears last year and was eventually closed. There is an outstanding amount which I need to address, which seems to have been passed to a debt collection agency at some point. Really need to discuss affordable repayment arrangement options as my current financial situation is dire. Am currently dealing with Stepchange about how best to organise and repay debts.

Can someone advise first point of contact at Vodafone?
