Wifi app

Does Vodafone have a Wifi app? What I am talking about is an app similar to O2 Tugo and Three's In Touch which will make it possible to text and and make voice calls to others using Wifi.

This is useful where there is wifi but no signal (eg on the London Underground)  or for those who have limited call/text allowances.

Something like WhatsApp is not the answer (for me) as not all of my contacts have it.
