I have just signed up to a new plan which gives a free entertainment package.
I have received a text with the entertainment link on when I try adding YouTube shows the next page says "oh dear! We'll take you back to the home page" and they only option is a "close" button
I would be grateful if you could solve this problem.
Regards

my issue is solved by talking to a customer service advisor. I am now subscribed to you tube.

@Amanda
Could you explain what has to be carried out in order to regain the service?
I have been trying everything possible inorder to get back in line with the service but in vain.

Hi there,
I have finally managed to get this working and back on YT premium! Thanks a lot for sorting it out in the end.
For those who are wondering how I managed to get this working (as I can see a few on here are still facing issues like myself before the fix), it wasn’t off the link on here although I presume it may have still worked if I’d cleared browser history/cache (or used incognito browser mode), not sure.
It is true that you do have to clear your browser history/cache etc but another workaround was (as I did not want to clear all my history) to open up this page in an incognito tab and click the link (not tested) however you can also text ENTERTAINMENT to 97613, keep incognito mode open on browser then click the link in the text message which I did and it got me through which inclusive option I wanted to pick.
I’ve picked YT premium, granted YouTube access as usual and now everything is back how it was before.
Subscribed until 30/03/2024.
Hope this can help anyone who is still having problems adding YT Premium back.

It shows that there’s an option for YT premium trial and nothing else

Turn off your Wi-Fi and click the link again (on incognito mode) and see if that works. Think it uses your data connection to verify what plan you are on first.

That's great to hear @garichd @anuraagpaul - thanks for letting us know.
Most users have been able to re-subscribe now following the steps above on their phones @Andyparks @Farsheenn @sniffer321
If you haven't been able to, we'll need to double check that you're still in your inclusive period and possibly reset the entertainment bit of your plans, to give it a kick start 🙂 Please get in touch as above so we can help further.

I have tried the link and it didn't work for me.
When I check my entertainment packages it says YouTube premium is active but on my YouTube account it says the subscription is inactive.
I have tried contacting in Facebook but am not getting any response
