As per the title. it no longer works
I have been on the phone to them, followed all the steps at least 20 times. They have disconnected my SIM, renewed and refreshed my account. Sent the text etc etc etc. Absolutely nothing has worked.
Has anyone actually got this problem resolved?

Fun fact. Because you're not in control of it, you can't cancel that payment method. So they've completely locked you out of getting premium, even if you get fed up and decide to pay for it yourself, you can't. Unless you make another account

Yeah I figured that out today! I've told them to fix the issue or buy out my contract so I can go elsewhere
