Youtube premium stopped working after 1 month

As per the title. it no longer works

I have been on the phone to them, followed all the steps at least 20 times. They have disconnected my SIM, renewed and refreshed my account. Sent the text etc etc etc. Absolutely nothing has worked.

Has anyone actually got this problem resolved?

Oh, I contacted vodafone direct via the link that was sent. and am currently on the phone to them.

who can i shake from the ankles to get all my wasted hours of webchat and phone calls back?

Once the YouTube premium is working as it should be, we can certainly look into a gesture of goodwill for you for the time this has taken to sort out.

i think you should be reaching out to me, the hassle ive had with vodafone is never ending. From not paying my YTP to sending invalid barcodes (plural) for posting my old phone back to you, telling me i have an E-sim when i didnt and not being able to use my phone for 2 days... the incompetence!

Honestly. Vodafone were useless. Constant back and forth between YouTube and Vodafone, blaming each other etc. Of course it was Vodafones issue. Got sorted after about 6 months eventually when they pulled their finger out

From what I recall, they just needed to actually pay the bill. As they take control of billing for YouTube premium, even if you want to pay for it yourself you're unable to.
