hi, since 14th Nov I have not been able to Log into my account, my account have been cleansed 7 or 8 times my CS via 191 and also by Social Media team via Messenger, I've had numerous password and Username changes, all failed to log me in, even my pin no that I use for CS calls has never been correct. Only way I can see my bill is call CS and ask to send out my bill via email attachment. I've also had a few people call me and got recorded message saying "this number does not exist, please check the number and retry"
I signed up with EE with new number in Jan and not had an issue with them since I signed up, I have my EE physical sim and Vodafone esim connected to my mobile but never use my Vodafone number, only use to call CS's. I'm just paying the monthly bills till my contract runs out in March 2025 for my Vodafone then cancelling. as I'm refusing to pay the £200+ to cancel my contract early.
