sim network pin blocked enter sim network puk

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone can help me out.

I've Galaxy S7 Edge phone on small business pay monthly account. I wanted to use other network SIM with this phone. When I insert other netowrk's SIM it prompts me to enter PUK

sim network pin blocked enter sim network puk

I've contacted Vodafone at least 4 times in past 2 months to get this issue resolved but still no one in their team has been able to figure out what to do.

FYI I haven't entered any incorrect SIM/Code or any other thing in phone or have done anything wrong with SIM.

And yes I've already tried that link where you request NUC and also a PUK was provided by their support on chat. None of these helped. I don' tneed NUC. I need them to unlock phone to be used with any other SIM. There is nothing wrong with other netowrk SIM either it works perfectly on other unlocked phone.

It's vodafone who have to unlock phone to let me use it with any other SIM. How on the Earth I communicate this to them so that they understand it and resolve my issue.

Any help?

@Philip11Thanks for confirming this 😊 I can see we replied to your email earlier today. We work all of our emails in a date and time order and we'll be back in touch with you, as soon as we can.

Ha ha the farce continues,, so today I received a txt telling me that this is a one off code ,, it's a 4 digit code ,,  no more words attached to the txt ,, I ask myself what do you mean by a one off code , do you mean if I put it in to my phone and it doesn't work that that's the end of it ???  Answers please because this is driving me crazy

I had this too.and called 191 to find out why. Turns out I had an email from one of the moderators here and they requested the code they had texted me. Would be handy if they mentioned checking my emails in the actual text

Is yours a 4 digit code ??

I'm sorry for the confusion over the code you received @Macy72. If you reply to the email with this and any other information requested, I'm sure we'll be able to help with unlocking your phone.

Sounds like you've received a code from us to @Philip11, you'll also have an email from us asking you to confirm this back to you. When you've relied, we'll be able to help you further 😊

Hi mark I received the four digit code yesterday via a txt .I can't reply to the txt too vodafone as it doesn't permit me to do so ,, can you advice me further..the message from vodafone says here is your one-time access code . I haven't tried it yet in case it fails

Well I don't seem to be getting far with this. I did respond to the email with the 4 digit code from the text so no issues there  But now you are telling me to go back to Samsung to get the code to unlock/reset the phone  It's clear from reading many posts across this forum that Samsung know nothing about this code as they supply all phones to Vodafone unlocked. As the phone has been locked by Vodafone because it kept asking me for the SIM network PUC and not the NUC it will be Vodafone who now have to provide the master code to unlock/reset the phone. Is there anyone moderating these forums who is aware of this issue and able to provide us with the necessary unlock codes which will then allow us to use the NUC we have been given (over and over again).
