Welcome to the club, check the other threads.
I think they keep removing it; but you can also email the CEO at (Removed by moderator) to complain.
If you wish to call the CEO, search Google for "ceoemail vodafone" and you'll find the number pretty easy.

i have been with vodafone for a good many years i had a upgrade and only had the phone for a week when it had a fault
so off i went to the local store to see if my settings where wrong the lady said not but you have no signal and she will check my account which was fine so she said phone customer services as i up grade on the phone last week
i replied can you call customer services for me as i have no phone her reply was don't you have a home phone or ask a friend to call them
i said no as i am in a vodafone store could you phone for me please
which in the end she did but kept saying she cant get through i stood my ground and said i will wait
at last she got through for me and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone
who ordered me a replacement and said will be with me the following day
the store i visited was at westwood cross in broadstairs there where 2 members of staff on duty
there dress i felt was bad the chap had a vodafone polo shirt and jeans which i feel looks bad and the lady was not much better and i do feel you need a mystery shopper to visit this store as there is no customer service there
and felt that us the customer was a pain to visit this store i have learnt never to visit this store again and will use the phone to call customer services which gave me a 100% support
