You are not talking to Vodafone support here, so using terms like "your" is pointless.

There is a problem with their servers right now, the 403 that you're seeing.

No-one here can actually do anything about it themselves, but vodafone will be aware.

.@Ripshod the server power is probably supplied by a prepayment meter and it's run out of credit 😁

Did you ever get a resolution to this?  I am getting the exact same issue.  I've had it for at least 2 months.  I eventually opened a complaint.  Some combination of resetting my username and password 11 times later, I still cannot login.

 

I do the following:

On vodafone.co.uk, hover over the person icon on the top right, select 'Login to My Vodafone'

At the Login screen, I enter my username then click 'Continue'

I'm then prompted for my password, enter it and click 'Continue'

At the 'Request Security Code' screen, I get 'Internal server error'.  The 'Choose Phone' dropdown is empty and the Continue button is greyed out.

I've tried clearing my cache, tried another device, same happens on the My Vodafone app too.  

 

If I purposefully enter the wrong password, I get a different error, indicating that I have the username and password correct.

I've had it for at least 2 months. 

 

I eventually opened a complaint.  Some combination of resetting my username and password 11 times later, I still cannot login. I agreed to close the complaint today with compensation on the understanding that I move to another network provider or try opening a new account when I renew.  I have 4x contracts with Vodafone.

We really need a Database Analyst somewhere in Vodafone to take this on and figure out what is going on here, since it's clearly not just me.

 

 

Here's a thought... when you had access and you could 'name' your phone numbers, did you use apostrophe's in the name?  ie Steven's Phone

 

I know some web interfaces hate that, could it be something like that???

I can't even login with that method.

Hold on to your hats, I'm gonna step away from my usual advice and reccomend (can't believe I'm doing this) USE THE "MY VODAFONE" APP.
