Yes, I've tried it on various devices, PC, Android etc. and also different browsers.  I've cleared the app cache on android and ever deleted the app and reinstalled it at one point.

Thanks @kinstray If you can please pop over a message to us via the details in this link, we can then look at this further and check if this is the same issue that our tech team are aware of and working for a fix for.

I’m having the exact same issue, Vodafone support won’t help me. I tried using your link to contact your social media team but the button is greyed out. Can someone help me please?

If you want to use social media to contact the team, you will need to use your social media accounts. (if you have them), there is no direct link.

As per the post linked earlier:
