Yes, I have tried that also.  I've even deleted the app cache, no joy.  Deleted the app and reinstalled it, no joy.  Each time it takes me to a similar logon screen where I eventually get to 'Internal Server Error'.  Tried it on another device, no joy.

The issue has to be at the Vodafone side, I think 😕

I can actually see the 500 (Internal Server Error) coming through on that page:

@kinstray

None of the images you have posted have been moderated yet, so perhaps wait until we have seen them, maybe there may be something in them that we can assist with.

How was I supposed to know this?  They are showing for me??

I got a response from someone, that is exactly what I though I would get out of the forum.  I have some ideas what it could be and you will see that in one of my responses regarding the apostrophe.  Not sure why you are being obstructive?

I guessed you didn't, being new to the forum, which is why I mentioned it.

Personally if I've posted an image, and want to know if it's been moderated (sometimes it can take days, especially at the weekend) I open the post in a browser that I'm not logged into the forum on, and then you can see what everybody else sees.

I thought I was being helpful, but as @Cynric (I think it was) says in another thread, try to keep to one thread, so we can follow the posts and replies.

@Jayach Thank you, I take you points.  There are already several posts with 'Internal Server Error'.  If the preference is that you can't reply to 'old' posts then why isn't it written into the forum software, like others, to close 'old' posts after a period of time.

My thinking was that since Vodafone deal in 2 year contracts and several of the posts I have responded to have only just started their contracts, they are still Vodafone customers and may still have the issue or better, have had it resolved.

Nobody says you can't re-open old posts, but as you found the original posters would probably have posted when they had a problem, and are unlikely to still be active on the forum. It's also quite surprising (to me at at least) that having posted a problem, very few ever come back to say how it was solved.

From the details you have posted, the problem is with Vodafone's systems, and only they will be able to resolve it.

Good luck.

I've been here over 3 years and the logging into your account problems for some new starters goes back much further than that. I personally had no problems at all.

I've been with VF for 15-20 years, on and off and never had a problem until 2 months ago. VF say they can't help 😣

I wonder if that has anything to do with it.?

Hi @kinstray  Sorry you're facing such trouble with your online account at the moment, thank you for raising this with us. We're here and happy to help.

We're aware of an issue that some of our customers are facing at the moment with accessing their online accounts. The error messages effected are similar to those in the screenshots you've provided. We've raised this as a problem to the designated team for resolution.

Does this same issue occur when accessing the My Vodafone App ?

If clearing your cache and cookies, attempting to use a different browser or resetting your log in credentials here doesn't resolve things for you. Please pop over a message to our Social Media Team here so we can look into this a little further with you.
