NUC not working for siny xz2

Hi, I have raised nuc request and was given an nuc number but it doesn't work. Then I was given alternate nuc code but still it doesn't work. Its been a month since this request is going on. I moved away from Vodafone and now I'm. Left with no phone and its locked. Kindly help.
