I have entered them as instructed by customer services but now i have no more attempts left. Why should I have to pay to get my phone unlocked. I went to my local Vodafone store and was told no one to help and redirected me to customer services again. This is no way to treat your customers.
Unfortunately if your phone has 0 attempts left at unlocking this is known as a hard locked phone.
The phone will have to be sent off by Vodafone to have the counter reset so you can try a Nuc again @RosieMc
The counter can't be reset remotely but instead needs hands on by a Vodafone Service Engineer.
