I bought an iphone 5s on ebay second hand that is locked to vodafone uk. I am in customer Vodafone Portugal. How can I unlock within the same network but in different countries.

Unfortunately Vodafone Uk can't help by unlocking the iPhone for you.

You could try asking the ebay seller to request it's unlock.

If they can't or won't then try an online reputable unlocking company or see about returning the phone or sell it to then buy one that will accept your sim card.
