Hello, I have been sent my unlock code and it does not work!

i need this handset unlocked ASAP.

I ask because some Samsung phones also need a mastercode Mck also known as an unfreeze code as well as the Nuc.

To add a person should be in the UK when trying the Nuc and be using an alternative network sim card that is activated.

Is your alternative network sim card activated and connects to mobile data etc 

How-do-I-use-my-nuc. 

If so and your phone hasn't run out of unlocking attempts i.e hard locked then customer service will need to check the Nuc cide with the Nuc department.
