Please reply if you HAVE data WORKING. (maybe tell us how? ) Upvote if you currently have issues - For Apple watches
I suspect it's a major issue for Vodafone but I feel like they are ducking it.
For myself, I am beyond frustrated - Have a brand new Apple watch ultra. Activated the esim - Lost connection, tech support, hours go by, repeat process, more hours...nothing works. I currently have the cell plan LOOKING like it's okay on the phone and in the Apple Watch app..., but it doesn't connect to the internet.
So tired of this and will stop trying and wasting hours of my life if I, as I suspect...they simply can't support Apple watches.

I'm glad to hear your connection's been restored @Umiamz.The eSIM is a small chip inside your watch and can't be removed. Without access to your account, we're unable to take a closer look into what caused the disruption in your service. If you'd like us to investigate this further, please reach out to us via the link in my last message.

I have been trying for weeks to get my AW Ultra connected without success. General incompetence of Vodafone staff is not helping and demands by a manager at the weekend that I tell him he had done a great job before ending the chat was shameful. Needless to say he didn’t fix it and I am no further forward after hours and hours of time with Vodafone. Can anyone help or do I need to leave Vodafone if I want to connect my AW Ultra?

Yes it’s working. It took hours of phone calls but eventually it was fixed.
The only take away is how truly terrible Vodafone customer services are. Literally the worst customer experience I’ve had.

You and me both. My fun started on the 27th February. To be honest I should have known from my experience getting my AW4 connected many moons ago.
Anyway there is an internal error and until it is fixed Vodafone are not able to provide eSim connections to Smart Watches either that or they cannot add Onenumber subscriptions to accounts (so you cannot activate an eSim.
Sorry I can't be any more positive than that.

I have had the same issue. Upgraded my Apple Watch beginning of this year and have so many issues getting it connected through the esim. Finally got it connected and then it randomly disconnected and since then not been able to connect it. Unpaired and paired watch what seems like millions of times. Ended up speaking to 20 odd advisers with no joy, ended up with 2 one connectivity’s payments which no one has refunded me for, considering it was their idea to set up a new one and supposedly cancelled the old one. The new setup briefly worked for a few weeks before disconnecting and showing no sim. In the process of cancelling both the connectivity plans and considering sending the Apple Watch back for a refund as not fit for purpose (brought it for the connectivity away from my phone). Account now shows not comparable with mobile data for Watch and get a server error when I try to log in to the one connectivity section on the app. Also did anyone when swapping their sim. Not have their eid number recognise. Vodafone app doing the sin swap doesn’t even recongnise the device and I couldn’t do the start up swap and had to get a adviser to do it. I have been with Vodafone for years but since this experience it and the bad customer service this will be my last upgrade and I will be moving onto another service once my contract ends,

@Louiesawks - It doesn't sound like you're having a good experience at all with the connectivity on your Apple Watch. I'm sorry you've had to contact us so many times. So we can check what might be causing this, please reach out to us on Social Media.
