“One Number”, Watch ultra and esim

i took out a sim only plan. That in itself as a dire experience but that can wait. 

Right now I have an esim in my iPhone 13 Pro max for this new pay monthly sim and a physical sim that I use for work. 

I set up a “one Number” account for the watch, and it’s associated with the phone number on the esim 

 

However, when I try to add a cellular plan it keeps taking me to the subscription page for one number. The “move option” doesn’t work - it just takes you to a useless description of how to unpair your phone and nothing about getting this working

 

I have had a terrible onboarding experience and this is the icing on the cake
