Hello. Having many problems and not sure where to start.
I have a Vodafone sim on which I added a big value bundle for £30, including 500 MB to use in Europe. My iPhone 6 tells me that I am not subscribed to a data service.
I cant get my iMessage to activate, I'm getting a PDP authentication failure error, and when trying to call Vodafone using the "from abroad" phone number, it won't ring through at all.
And the live chat always seems to be offline for me.
Where do I even start to sort this out?

Please try texting WEB to 40127, which will automatically install the settings on your phone.

@Dcdorsey - Are you abroad at the moment? If so, you'll have to wait until you're back in the Uk for any settings to take place.
