Can't unregister my Sure signal

Hello,

 

I've not had an account for over a year and a half, but i wanted to pass the sure signal on to a customer who has been with you for years. Please can you unregister this box 21196896977 thank you :Smiling:

You will need to deregister the device from your My Vodafone account online.

 

You are the original owner of the device aren't you?

Can I also please to get support on how to de-register the Sure Signal?

I am no longer with Vodafone and unable to carry this process thourgh MyVodafone access.
