Cannot call out

Hi,

I have a bold 9700 since yesterday I have not been able to call anybody from my phone. When I try to call somebody there is no sound and the call does not connect? People can ring me and I can hear them and they can hear me fine. I can send and receive messages and my bb messaging and internet is working fine too. I have tried turning my handset off but it makes no difference.

Can anybody help?

Do you get this problem in every location or just the one ?  Have you tried your SIM in another phone and does it work ?

If you have ported in from another network, it could be that your porting has not been fully completed and you are still unable to make calls.

If you still have the problem after some elimination tests, take the phone back to where you purchased it from and they should be able to help.

Is anything being done about the issues in Ruislip re vodaphone signal. We have 4 phones in house (1 my work one) and have not been able to ring out or receive calls since last Friday and as I work from home, work is  getting annoyed about this
