Hi
I am unable to get my Sure Signal 3 to connect to my BT Infinity Hub3, I've checked and my SS is registered aok, I've enabled Port Clamping on my BT Hub 3, I've reset my Sure Signal followed the trouble shooting guide but still no joy, any thoughts ?
best regards
Graham

I am having constant trouble with the SureSignal 3 and the BT hub 3 too. It connects, then drops out and is generally unreliable. I'm in a rotten mobile signal 'hole' so we really need this to work.
I've run the usual battery of tests with the following results:
74.85 Mbps download
18.74 Mbps up
ping 8ms
Line quality B* MOS 4.35
IP Address 86.160.225.53
SureSignal s/n 40131153278
Traceroute results:

Hi, by upgrading to a HH5 i dont think will resolve the issue. All BT HH are crap to be honest, if you want to spend a little extra by a third party router with VDSL2 support.
Your HH3 should work but will test your patience, have you enabled port forwarding for all the correct ports and enabled a static IP for you VSS ?

Hi
Many thanks to Chris Philpot for all his help and support in diagnosing the root cause of the issue that the new Sure Signal I received was faulty.
I plugged the replacement Sure Signal in today into my new BT Hub 4 and it loaded first time without any additional programming so at long last I have all the signal bars on my mobile something I was wondering if I would ever see.
best regards
