Cant register my sure signal

I have finally got around to try and find out why my sure signal doesnt work anymore. The reason is I accidentally suspended it. When trying to re register I keep getting the error message Sorry we are not able to process your request because We are having a technical problem at moment please try in a few minutes. 48 hours later still getting same message. Can you help please Sent from my iPad

Call 191, speak to a technical advisor, your box may not be compatible anymore, they are sending me a replacement foc 😉

Hi  I am still waiting for my sure signal to be delivered.  Any dieas when this will be please.  Had the text from Vodaafone Monday 18th June saying it had been sent first class but still waiting.

Solved phoned 191 and they are out of stock at moment. Very helpful person and should be delivered next week if in stock. Funny but I think they are still selling them in the shops lol
