Charged after account closed - ARGH!

I keep receiving bills for paper billing for an account that is closed

 

I have consulted with your store in Barnstaple, Devon – they advised me that the £3.08 is 3 lots of £1.54 the charge for paper billing for 3 months on an account THAT IS CLOSED!

 

They agreed with me that I should not pay this fee and sent you an email on your internal email with your stores to confirm this.

 

This email was sent 5/7/16 at approximately 1:30pm – this should help you to find it on your system.

 

I have in fact already paid one lot of £1.54 on 9/5/16 in error and I will not make this mistake again.

 

It has been a catalogue of disasters with your company and if you care to look at my account and familiarise yourself the disaster that it was.

 

Please stop sending me bills – please correct this mistake ASAP and please send me written confirmation that this has been done.

If this was my situation I'd also write to Vodafone

and check my credit file via http://www.experian.co.uk just in case anything has been reported on it.
