Confirmation email for Samsung S6 Edge?

Preordered the Samsung S6 Edge - Gold 64gb 21/03/15 on the phone.

 

Has anyone else pre-ordered the new Samsung S6 or S6 Edge and not received any details confirming upgrade/order?

 

Slightly concerned as I ordered the phone as soon as Vodafones website was back up and running last Friday and currently do not have a phone. So would like the comfort factor of knowing this has been ordered and will recieve on the 10th.

 

I have spoke to the livechat and everytime they can only say they see an order on the system and will recieve my phone as soon as its ready. I do not know if this means release date or when my order is processed...

Same thing happened to me.  When I chased my order yesterday, Customer Services informed me that my order had been cancelled!!!!  I would suggest checking your order, as they now want me to re-order - with increase in price and no FREE charger and case.

Pre-order placed on 20th March via Telesales.  Credit agreement to be issued via post - none received!!  Spoke to CHAT on 25th March, whereby they confirmed my order (I have the CHAT transcript to prove it) and were to issue a mail within 24 hours confirming the order - none received!!  Spoke to CHAT and Customer Services yesterday, who advised that my order had been CANCELLED!!!!!  Couldnt advise by who though.  Now Vodafone want me to re-order - with increased price and no FREE charger or case.

 

What IS going on Vodafone!!!!!!  Please could someone contact me to advise, otherwise you are going to lose a customer!!!!

When i contacted live chat other day they said my order had been placed yet still no email confirmation and after reading whats happened to you well its got me really worried about my order now.I wont be happy if theyve gone and cancelled mine after all this waiting!

Out of interest, did you guys order the emerald green colour variant?

no i ordered white,didnt know green was an option?

The green one is not available via the website, but is an option via the telephone channel.

Same here I'm afraid! Ordered the S6 Edge on 27/03, was told the price plan, asked about trading in an old S3 mini to get a fiver a month of my bill, was told that was fine, and the phone would be delivered on release day, 10/04, I even booked that day off work! Had no conformation email, and after reading this forum last night, decided to chase it and check that the order was ok. When I contacted customer services, I was told that my order was cancelled the day after and I would have to reorder. I found out the tariff prices had gone up, I would have to pay £9 for the phone, and I couldn't trade the S3 mini, you could only trade S4 or S5's! If that wasn't bad enough, I might not get the new phone for another two weeks, that really took the biscuit. I am so angry at this moment after years of faultless service from Vodafone, I am seriously considering whether to stay with them. I placed the order but will be doing some serious soul searching over the next few days!

For the second time now my order has been cancelled.

 

Out of curioisty i spoke to the chat team to see if they had an updated delivery date and guess what... Order cancelled again!!!

 

They offered me a 50% reduction on my line rental for one month.. So saving around £20. But.. Still have to upgrade to the new line rental costs! Which is £6 a month extra.. so I'm loosing out on £100.

 

What's frustrating is that it will cost me a significant amount to leave Vodafone however at this moment in time will be willing to pay!

 

100% Worst customer service going.
