Preordered the Samsung S6 Edge - Gold 64gb 21/03/15 on the phone.
Has anyone else pre-ordered the new Samsung S6 or S6 Edge and not received any details confirming upgrade/order?
Slightly concerned as I ordered the phone as soon as Vodafones website was back up and running last Friday and currently do not have a phone. So would like the comfort factor of knowing this has been ordered and will recieve on the 10th.
I have spoke to the livechat and everytime they can only say they see an order on the system and will recieve my phone as soon as its ready. I do not know if this means release date or when my order is processed...

Unfortnuantly due to the poor service I have cancelled my contract.
I spoke to the Live chat team again and they just do not need to care or even know what they're talking about. Something you may need to work on.
I just can't understand that if they're multiple issues with regards to the placement of orders with the S6 Edge then why has Vodafone not down a round robin email to check for all customers to see whether or not they are affected..
What really topped it off is that they made it feel like it was my fault for the errors!
Being told i would need to upgrade again - fine. But to upgrade to the higher cost contract as the original has been discontinued. This would have cost me an additional £150.00 over the two years which is unacceptable.
Multiple times I asked to speak on the phone to the manager and was only put onto live chat to the "shift manager" which 100% had no idea what he was talking about.

I'm really getting confused about these confirmations, I posted on a similar thread when I saw people having issues I went to check.
I had got three emails from vodafone all with a tracking number, nothing on the emails themselves suggested an order just heres the tracking number and we will deliver too this address. all three different in some way
so I went on live chat today and was assured that the tracking number is the confirmation and I should be recieving my welcome email soon
do the people who have not recieved a confirmation had a tracking number?

I never received any conformation from them at all but I have had the tracking number text and email this morning (which leads to whole other world of confusion!)

didnt get a confirmation email hun,still to to this day and i upgraded on 20th march.,finally got a tracking code yesterday though after speaking to someone on the phone.Phones suppose to be despatched tomorrow or is it arrive tomorrow?confused!!

After contacting 191 for assistance i now have a web tracking code..all is good,well so far so good anyway 🙂

Ask them to confirm when delivery will be..
I had a tracking number and still didn't have an order?!

My tracking order works,Just checked cos can never be too sure about these things lol...Phone officially doesnt come out til friday so cant track when its coming,just gotta keep eye on things,Didnt think of asking 191 if there was a delay in phone being despatched..And queues on live chat are tremendous....estimated waiting time was 19 minutes...guess theyre on coffee break lol

This is where i got confused..
As the tracking number worked and said my order had been accepted! just on the system the order had been deleted...
Worth a wait on chat to see if they can see your order. As i have had to order through a new network now
