Can vodafone please contact me about early upgrade offers, called but the deal I was offered was poor, is their no longer customer loyalty after being with you for over 10 years?

@zepplin I'm sorry the deal you were offered wasn't what you were expecting - if you'd like to discuss your upgrade options with us, please drop us a message on Live Chat

To be blunt, no there isn't and all networks are now the same - you won't automatically get a special upgrade offer merely by virtue of being a long-term customer. There's no money in it.   Having said this, you may find you get a slightly improved offer if you request a PAC code - in that event you'll get a call from the "Retentions" team, although I'd advise you to be extremely wary of what they say.

Really, unless you are reliant on a particular network (i.e. they are the only one with a decent signal where you live or work) you'd do better to shop around and look at the offers available for joining other networks. the best deals nowadays tend to be offered to new customers.    It's the same as work really , where if you want to markedly improve your salary it's far easier to do so by changing employers than by seeking a rise from your current employer.

Hi @JOHNBARRATT1995

If you are in a SIM  only Contract, the only way Vodafone  will  allow you to  upgrade now  is with  the  flexible upgrade option.   This  means upgrading  to a handset included  two year contract.

You  won't  be able to  upgrade a 12 month SIM only contract  to a new SIM  only contract until you are in your upgrade period.

I am on a phone contract at the moment.

Just to let you know.

What you're trying to do is get out of paying the full contract value presumably because you find it too expensive. But you have a commitment and you simply cannot do what you want to do as you are in a financial contract that needs to be fulfilled.
