Not a reply - only to say that I am also now experiencing problems sending e-mails via Outlook Express using my K3565 dongle. I can receive and surf etc but e-mails are apparently sent but not received by anyone !! This has caused me a tremendous amount of problems let alone useage of my allowance for no return !!
ISP is Virgin / ntl.
I change Outgoing Mail Service to "send.vodafone.net"
Have Log-on using Secure Password Authentication UNTICKED.
My server requires authentication TICKED.
This used to work but did not last time when I was away from home.

Many thanks for your reply David. I have signed up for Vodafone 360 but was then asked for "Verification" Code which had been sent to my phone !!!

Did you sign up for mobile phone instead of mobile broadband.?
I had an email to my sender email address.

I have just been sent this from Vodafone help :
Just to let you know that there is no need of outgoing and incoming server when you're using modem on your broadband. It is connected through the browser. If you're still facing problems, please contact our Technical Team on 08700 77 66 55 and they'll be able to help you further.
...now I am confused!
