Faulty s6 edge and rubbish customer service

Everything had gone so well with my upgrade. Phone arrived on release day no issues (still no case or charger right enough), SIM card swap faultless happy days!!mthen it went wrong.

My phone developed a fault where the last apps button on the bottom left worked intermittently then it stopped working completely. Phoned CS and they told me to go to the store as I was within my 14 days return and I would get it exchanged. .......no stock told to phone CS again.

Phoned back, told them what had happened and was told to keep the phone until new stock arrived or send it back and wait approx 3 weeks for a new one. That isn't an option as I am my mums carer and emergency contact. I opted to keep the phone and call back daily to check stock.....none.

Phoned this evening and was told we have them in stock YAY!! No put through to exchange dept and was told there is no stock. Now I am well out of my 14 days so I have to send my phone back regardless. I am to go to the store tomorrow and MAYBE get a courtesy phone. If not as of Wednesday I will have no phone, possibly no courtesy phone unless I buy a pay as you go handset at my own expense. I also have to wait until at least next Friday to see if it is getting exchanged or showing to many signs of use to be replaced. So more phone calls I will have to make week after next.

Having been on live chat and made a complaint I have got nowhere. All I want is my phone exchanged without having to make daily calls and being kept on hold forever or transferred around every dept going. I am so fed up with trying to sort this out and potentially being out of pocket. Truly annoyed

Another pointless conversation on live chat. Looks like I won't be getting an hour slot for my phone collection like I was told I would. Here's to a wasted day!!

I have spoken to customer relations today and didn't get any further forward apart from no stock.

No sign of the courier today either so wasted a day sitting in for nothing and I can't take anymore time off work for this!
