Help with BT Hub 5

Hi I have just upgraded to a BT HUb 5 and can't get the Sure Signal to work.

 

I have a flashing red light & two right side orange light

Any idea's

Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 or 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team.
