I have not recived an confirmation for my phone and a week now

I am in the same situation. I ordered my phone on the 1st of October and have recieved nothing other than a "thank you for your order" text that told me it would be delivered on the 2nd. Then I rang them a week later and they told me "it will hopefully be delivered before the 24th" and here we are on the 24th with no phone or confirmation message. I wouldnt mind but they already updated my contract so I'm paying more per month than I was previously and I still havent recieved my phone! They're happy to take all the orders and the money but when it comes to acctually delivering Vodafone are the worst.
